Order and Deposit Policy
Please read these terms before paying your deposit.
- Deposit to start. Every order needs a 50% deposit before we order fabric or start cutting. Your order isn't confirmed until the deposit arrives.
- No refunds after fabric is chosen. Every garment is made to your measurements, so once you've paid the deposit and picked your fabric, the deposit can't be refunded or used for another order.
- Production time. Suits take 2 to 3 weeks to make, counted from the day we get your deposit and you choose your fabric. Need it sooner? A rush order is ready in 12 days for an extra $100 per suit. If you have an event, tell us the date when you order so we can plan around it.
- Changes. You can change the style or details only before we start cutting. Changes after that may cost extra or may not be possible.
- Fabric availability. If the fabric you chose is out of stock with the supplier, we'll help you pick a similar one at the same price. If you'd rather cancel at that point, we'll refund your deposit.
- Balance at pickup. The remaining 50% is due at pickup, before the garment leaves the shop.
- Fittings. Please come to your scheduled fittings. If you miss one or show up late, your finish date may move back. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
- Your measurements. If your weight or body changes a lot after we take your measurements, any extra alterations are charged separately.
- Pickup deadline. Please pick up your order within 30 days of being told it's ready. After 60 days we can't promise to keep it, and your deposit won't be returned.
- Fit guarantee. If something isn't right at the final fitting, we'll adjust it free of charge. Bring the garment back within 14 days of pickup, unworn and unwashed.
- Payment. We take Interac e-Transfer. Please put your invoice number in the message.
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to these terms.
